Simply put, the trench coat (or Mac as its often called in the UK) is back for Spring. For some – it never went anywhere, but this season definitely feels different…
Traditionalists will love the standard double-breasted, khaki colour like the one I’m wearing in the pictures; I bought it from Zara a couple of years ago and it has never failed to help really pull my outfit together.
Even though I don’t need any more coats, I’m loving this trench from Warehouse, very chic! I just bought one from TopShop that’s literally a direct dupe to this one.
I’m also currently waiting to see if this one from ASOS will be restocked in my size (UK 8 or 10 please) and I’m seeeeriously debating this one from Bershka (it’s giving me Lil Kim vibes in the best way possible, TBH).
This season we’re seeing way more patterns, prints and materials being used for the classic shape and I couldn’t be happier! Incredibly versatile and a piece you’ll have in your wardrobe for years to come, guaranteed.
