Neutrals, neutrals everywhere- right? While they are essential additions to your wardrobe, you know that I draw the line in a wardrobe that is completely neutral. However, this is an outfit I wore on my first day in Chicago when I popped in last week and I really, really liked it. Can we also enjoy the fact that I was skipping along the Gold Coast when we took these photos? #Paradise
Old fashion rules like don’t wear Black with Brown come to mind when I look at these pictures and for the most part that is one fashion rule that I kiiiiinda agree with, but only when it’s a darker brown like Chocolate or a rich Mahogany type brown..
I bought this coat almost two years ago on ASOS and I love it just as much then as I do now – #ThankGodForTimelessPieces. The bodysuit is from Naked Wardrobe (obvi), an older midi skirt via Joe Fresh (dupe here), new pumps that I got in NYC at Sam Edelman (on sale, FTW) and the sunnies I bought during the Fall at Zara (similar – 1/2/3/4.)
