It’s no surprise that boot & coat season is officially upon us..it’s been around a bit longer for some of us haha! Honest to God, Over the Knee boots are one of my favourite pieces for the Fall/Winter – they are incredibly chic, sexy and flattering on almost everyone! For the longest time, it was really hard to find affordable options as most of the time only luxury/contemporary designers would make them and the mass market never adopted the trend. This year alllllll of that changed with so many stores producing boots under $250, under $100 – I’ve even seen under $50, which is such a blessing to our pockets, right?!
These over the knee boots from ASOS are super comfortable and actually stay up on my thigh which is great when I’m walking around all day! I also love that they have a lower heel so it’s much more practical for longer wear and I know my feet appreciate it.
If you’re unsure about the OTK style – seriously, don’t be! Thigh high boots look great with shorts, underneath a maxi dress/skirt for added warmth, with a mini dress or skirt and of course with a great pair of skinny jeans!
