I am so grateful for each of these tools I have in my ‘Mental Health’ toolbox, so to speak. I am so proud of the conversation surrounding Mental Health now, because it truly has taken leaps and bounds since I was a young adult.
If you know me personally, I’ve probably told you once (or several hundred times) how much I vouch for therapy and how much I recommend it. Whether you consider yourself to be “fine”, you could use some assistance or neither of the two and want a neutral, second, different opinion - I urge you to consider therapy! There are so many low cost ways now so give it a try, even if it’s one session. We watch what we eat and what we consume but what about our thoughts? If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that this our one life and our one body, mind and soul - treat it well. #WorldMentalHealthDay

Mine is ‘Words of Affirmation’ and ‘Receiving Gifts’ is a close second! Truthfully, if “flower delivery” was a LL, that would be mine 😂 but have you noticed that you tend to give love on your own Love Language as oppose to what your partners is? Also, don’t forget that Love Languages have a place in all relationships - friends, co workers even your own parents! How can you show up for your loved ones in a way that supports them best? #lovelanguage

Don’t feel pressure to pick either or. Adjust your shopping habits to be truly reflective of your style!

** A trendy knit that I can mix/match .. wear solo or wear under blazer in a timeless colour.

We’re a few days away from the last Quarter of 2

We’re a few days away from the last Quarter of 2020 - How do we feel? Are you ready for 2021 or do you want to savour the last bits of 2020? As this year literally runs by at rapid speed, there is still so much I want to accomplish and I am committed to finishing this year strong. It was a promise I made to myself in 2019 and I intend to keep it - regardless of CV!
Do you have any goals for the remainder of the year? What will CV not stop you from accomplishing by 12/31/2020?
