Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had an amaaaaazing Labour Day long weekend. In Canada/America it’s the unofficial end of Summer, but I’m just not ready to let it go! Firstly, this past weekend in Toronto, we experienced a bloody heatwave, which I can’t remember ever happening in the past couple of years. So clearly, Toronto is holding onto Summer and I have zero complaints about that.
Anyways, let’s get to the outfit – shall we? I kept it simple and casual in white denim and a striped knit long-sleeve. I think sometimes I want to overshare/overwear everything and make a statement that I forget, less is truly more. I kept it clean and fresh with neutrals from head to toe, but prevented it from being boring with a pattern on the top and the bottom. I find that when you understand the anatomy of your outfit, you can incorporate bolder pieces to compliment but not overwhelm.
